Personalized Service - What's the difference between service and personalized service? For us, it's being devoted to your safety and satisfaction. Whether it's step-by step assistance for setup, a friendly and knowledgeable team member to answer the phone, or the assurance that your questions about using the Demolizer® will be responded to quickly, we are committed to making sure you feel completely at ease using our system. Setup Assistance - When you're ready to install your system, we walk you through each step over the phone. We're with you to answer any questions you may have and increase your comfort level with the Demolizer®. Technical Support - We want your experience with the Demolizer® to be a positive one. Training - Our online training is quick, easy and convenient. It is intended to walk users through critical instructions and provide comprehensive education on how to properly use the Demolizer®. The training is accessible anytime. It is available free of charge for all new Demolizer® users at your facility and as a refresher course for current users. Compliance - Keeping your facility compliant with OSHA, federal, state and local regulations can be a full time job. We're here to help you with any questions you have about your biomedical waste processing and management. Our compliance department is available to offer personalized assistance with state and local regulations and guidelines relating to your specific questions. If we don't have the answers on-hand, we'll research to find them for you. We understand there is more to compliance than just properly processing and documenting your biomedical waste. Quality Assurance - The Demolizer® II is uniquely designed with a comprehensive, integrated quality system. The system operates in a “fail-safe” manner. In other words, process labels will print and the door will unlock only if the minimum treatment conditions have been satisfied. This guarantees your treated medical waste meets requirements for disposal and gives you the peace-of-mind, knowing your cradle to grave liability is completely eliminated. Further, the Demolizer® II records critical process data for each treatment process conducted and automatically downloads the data to support System Verification Testing. On a monthly basis, the BMTS Quality System analyzes the process data to verify that each system is operating within the required specifications and tolerances. Summary compliance verification information is recorded in a monthly Process Summary Report. This report provides the necessary documentation to support your quality and compliance initiatives.
