James L. Marsden, Ph.D., is an international expert in infection and environmental control and food safety and is a Regents Distinguished Professor of Food Safety and Security and Associate Director of the BioSecurity Research Institute at Kansas State University. His primary research focus has been on the safety of meat products. This work has included the control of E. coli O157:H7 in raw ground beef and other processed beef products and Listeria monocytogenes in processed meats. He also acts as the Senior Science Advisor for the North American Meat Science Association and has been involved in food safety training for the meat industry. Dr. Marsden is the author of numerous publications and book chapters on food safety and quality and is the recipient of awards for research and teaching. He serves on a number of Advisory Boards for companies that provide vector control and food safety technologies to numerous industries and is a regular contributor to the television program –“World Business Review with Alexander Haig”. He has also appeared on numerous television news programs as a food safety expert. Dr. Marsden serves as Chief Scientific Advisor to BMTS’ Board of Directors.
Peter J. Gorder, holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, in 1993. Prior to earning his Ph.D., he worked for 5 years for a small engineering consulting firm on complex engineering design problems raising over $2 million in research grants from NASA, the Department of Defense, and other organizations. He has over 18 years of professional engineering experience and served on the faculty of Kansas State University before accepting his current position at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. He has raised over $8M in federal, state, and industry in research funding. For over two years, Dr. Gorder served as Deputy Director of the University of Colorado’s center focusing on homeland security and homeland defense. In addition, he is an expert in system design and the design process. He has led design teams in a wide variety of technical areas for companies throughout the Colorado front range region.
Mark T. Santoleri, MS, CHSP is an authority on Environmental Health and Safety. He has over 14 years experience leading skilled nursing facilities in regulatory compliance for Environmental Health and Safety, including OSHA compliance and an extensive understanding of biomedical waste management and disposal. His career holds numerous successes finding solutions that both improve resident care and facility safety while reducing overhead. Mark is a member of The Organizations Resource Group (ORC), American Health Care Association (ACHA), and the National Safety Council (NSC). He has served on committees for OSHA, Life Safety, and Emergency Preparedness. Mark participated in and evaluated one of the first Demolizer® pilot programs and has been a strong supporter of Demolizer® technology ever since.
Timothy Fox, has been retained by the Company to work on the software portion of the Demolizer® technology. He has spent over 12 years exerting technical leadership in developing innovative products in information technology. In 2004, Mr. Fox was one of the founding members of an IT consulting group called CreaTek Solutions, Inc, based in Denver, Colorado. As a consultant, Tim has achieved professional success by contributing to and enabling the larger success of his customers. He has lent his expertise to customers and enterprises in many locations and industries, allowing him to draw on a wide pool of diverse professional experiences. Prior to founding CreaTek Solutions, Mr. Fox worked as a programmer/analyst of Hewlett-Packard, National Semiconductor and Advanced Micro Devices where he designed and developed software and firmware. Mr. Fox also spent 1999-2000 as independent IT consultant for Global Partners, based in the United Kingdom. During that time, he managed IT projects in South Asia visiting Dubai on several occasions. During his time in South Asia, he enrolled in several courses to gain proficiency in Hindi and Urdu languages, which he still speaks at an intermediate level conversationally. Mr. Fox received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Technology Driven Products, Inc. The Company has developed a strategic manufacturing relationship with Technology Driven Products, Inc. (TDP) of Loveland, CO. TDP has significant experience and resources in the design of electronic systems and firmware. As an ISO 9001 manufacturer, TDP will manufacturer the Demolizer® II System and its circuit boards at its production facility and support the development and establishment of appropriate quality systems and manufacturing documents. TDP will also provide product enhancement and development for the Company. TDP is currently staffed with a full team of degreed mechanical and electrical design engineers. Collectively they represent 80 years of engineering experience. TDP also provides industrial design services working with a local network of designers on retainer. TDP augments its own internal firmware and software development skills with contract software services for windows applets and graphic user interfaces. TDP also has a fully equipped production and test area of more than 15,000 square feet, staffed by technicians representing more than 45 years of assembly and test experience. They can provide professional quality products from engineering models through first production run quantities. TDP’s senior management and engineering specialists have extensive international manufacturing experience. TDP has the technical capabilities and commitment to support the launch of global manufacturing relationships.
Marc J. Musyl, Esq. of Greenberg Traurig ,LLP serves as primary outside counsel to the Company. Mr. Musyl specializes in corporate and securities matters. He has received numerous honors including being named as a "Colorado Super Lawyer". Greenberg Traurig employs over 1700 attorneys worldwide . The firm has one of the nation's largest intellectual property and patent litigation practices. Many of the attorneys at the firm hold Ph.D. degrees in a range of diciplines relevant to the Company's core business.
Dr. John McDonald and Mr. Geoffrey Gavin of Kilpatrick-Stockton of Atlanta, GA, support the development, expansion and prosecution of BMTS' patent portfolio related to the Demolizer® II machine and collector and lid systems. For well over a century, the firm has provided counsel across diverse industries. As one of the firm’s largest Practice Groups, the intellectual property practice is comprised of 95 attorneys with 13 recognized in the 2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® and over 40 attorneys registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trade Office. Dr. John McDonald and Mr. Geoffrey Gavin led the recent filings of patents for the new technologies. Importantly, this team has extensive biomedical and engineering expertise.

Bemis has a dedicated R&D department, international reach and high quality standards that include FDA inspection and ISO certification. BMTS realized the benefits of domestic production and has partnered with Bemis for cost-effective, environmentally sound design, R&D and production of future consumables. BMTS started working with Bemis in January, 2007 and together, they are researching and developing a 100% reclaimable and recyclable sharps collector.
